Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026. This policy explains what Oz Property Tracker (run by Oz Property Tracker, an OzTracker service, based in Queensland, Australia) keeps and how we use it.

Information about you

We keep your email address, your saved areas, the emails we send you, and basic usage records (such as when you last signed in and how many areas you looked up). We use these to run your account, send sign-in codes and look after the service.

Who else handles data

The site and emails run on Cloudflare. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We don't use advertising cookies; the only cookie keeps you signed in.

Information in the figures

The figures we show are totals and medians for areas. We never show the names of tenants, owners or agents.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account information while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your details, except records we must keep by law.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, at hello@ozpropertytracker.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
